Blue Lakes School programme

Blue Lakes project includes an educational school programme dedicated to schools of the main municipalities of Lake Garda, Bracciano and Trasimeno.

The educational school programme involves students in awareness-raising activities, concerning the problem of microplastics, and increasing their action capability in lakes protection, also strengthening the bound with their territory.

A Blue Lakes Edukit will be developed. This will include an education game about lakes issues, a poster and a manual for teachers with examples of educational activities on the topic of plastic pollution.

Schools will also be involved in the Blue Lakes School contest (2 editions) that will stimulate students to produce an original project (text, photos, films, etc.) on the topic of microplastics. The best three works of each edition will be awarded with special Blue Lakes gadget.
